Outer Ring Road to Dhaula Kuan, then NH-48: about 50 to 60 km. Dhaula Kuan is the pinch point on weekday mornings.

To New Gurgaon

Outer Ring Road to Dwarka Sector 21, then the Dwarka Expressway: about 55 to 65 km, avoiding Dhaula Kuan altogether.

Not through the city

Routes through Karol Bagh or ITO look shorter on a map and take longer on any realistic move day, so they are not used.

Delhi to Haryana

Goods vehicles need a permit to cross from Delhi into Haryana, and Delhi restricts them on some roads at some hours. Ours carry the permit, the departure is planned around the timings, and nothing is charged separately.

Packing and loading in Rohini: what changes by area

Phase 1

Original DDA multi-storey blocks with older lifts rated around 250 to 350 kg. Large wardrobes, double-door fridges and washing machines usually go by the stairs, and are dismantled for it before move day.

Phase 2

Larger DDA blocks with better lifts. Some sectors have internal roads wide enough to park a full-size truck close to the entrance.

Phases 3 and 4

Newer DDA flats and private group housing with better lifts and organised parking, usually quicker to load than Phase 1.

Builder floors and independent houses, planned and priced the same as Rohini.

Delivering in Gurgaon: what changes by neighbourhood

Golf Course Road and DLF Phases 3 to 5

Gated societies that want the vehicle number, driver details and crew IDs 24 to 48 hours ahead, and a booked service-lift slot. We file both before the truck sets off.

Sushant Lok, South City and Palam Vihar

Builder floors and older blocks, many without a lift, so stair carries are planned into the crew. Some internal lanes are too narrow for the truck and a smaller vehicle does the last stretch.

New Gurgaon and Dwarka Expressway

High-rise towers where the basement is often too low for a full-size truck. Goods are unloaded at ground level and taken to the lift by trolley, and the vehicle is chosen before dispatch.

Sohna Road townships

Nirvana Country, Ardee City and Park View City register vehicles at the gate, and some of their internal lanes take only a smaller vehicle.
