When to leave
The merge near Sector 21 gets busy with commercial traffic after 9 AM, and the Expressway is heavy with moves on month-end Saturdays. The departure is planned around both.
Basement heights in New Gurgaon
Many New Gurgaon towers have basements too low for a full-size truck. We check your building before dispatch and plan ground-level unloading if needed.
Delhi to Haryana
Goods vehicles need a permit to cross from Delhi into Haryana, and Delhi restricts them on some roads at some hours. Ours carry the permit, the departure is planned around the timings, and nothing is charged separately.
Packing and loading in Dwarka: what changes by area
Sectors 1 to 12: older DDA stock
Many older DDA blocks are walk-ups, and the taller ones have small, older lifts. We confirm the lift at survey and plan for stairs by default; the staircase crew costs nothing extra. Internal roads take a standard truck.
Sectors 13 to 17: mixed
DDA blocks alongside newer private builder floors and group housing, confirmed building by building.
Sectors 18 to 25: newer group housing
Private and cooperative (CGHS) societies with lifts and managed gates. Some CGHS societies allow goods vehicles only on certain days or hours, which we check with the RWA at booking. Several basements are 2.1 to 2.4 m high, too low for a full-size truck, so goods go between the lift and a ground-level truck by trolley.

Delivering in Gurgaon: what changes by neighbourhood
Golf Course Road and DLF Phases 3 to 5
Gated societies that want the vehicle number, driver details and crew IDs 24 to 48 hours ahead, and a booked service-lift slot. We file both before the truck sets off.
Sushant Lok, South City and Palam Vihar
Builder floors and older blocks, many without a lift, so stair carries are planned into the crew. Some internal lanes are too narrow for the truck and a smaller vehicle does the last stretch.
New Gurgaon and Dwarka Expressway
High-rise towers where the basement is often too low for a full-size truck. Goods are unloaded at ground level and taken to the lift by trolley, and the vehicle is chosen before dispatch.
Sohna Road townships
Nirvana Country, Ardee City and Park View City register vehicles at the gate, and some of their internal lanes take only a smaller vehicle.
