The pinch point
The Outer Ring Road near Chirag Delhi is clear early and congested after 9 AM.
One vehicle, one trip
Most GK moves need a full-size goods vehicle and a team of five or six. Smaller vehicles would mean two trips, which the survey plans out.
Delhi to Haryana
Goods vehicles need a permit to cross from Delhi into Haryana, and Delhi restricts them on some roads at some hours. Ours carry the permit, the departure is planned around the timings, and nothing is charged separately.
Packing and loading in Greater Kailash: what changes by area
GK1
Independent houses and floors on wide roads, rarely with lifts, so staircase carries over two or three floors are normal. Some compound gates are narrow; if the truck cannot enter, goods go to it by trolley.
GK2
Apartment blocks with lifts that take most large items, alongside independent houses and newer apartments. Access is confirmed for your address.
High-value pieces
Solid wood and antique furniture, art and heavy stone pieces are wrapped individually and moved with a two-person lift, each noted on the inventory with its condition.
Market mornings
The markets make weekday parking difficult once they open, which is why loading starts by 7 to 7:30 AM.
Delivering in Gurgaon: what changes by neighbourhood
Golf Course Road and DLF Phases 3 to 5
Gated societies that want the vehicle number, driver details and crew IDs 24 to 48 hours ahead, and a booked service-lift slot. We file both before the truck sets off.
Sushant Lok, South City and Palam Vihar
Builder floors and older blocks, many without a lift, so stair carries are planned into the crew. Some internal lanes are too narrow for the truck and a smaller vehicle does the last stretch.
New Gurgaon and Dwarka Expressway
High-rise towers where the basement is often too low for a full-size truck. Goods are unloaded at ground level and taken to the lift by trolley, and the vehicle is chosen before dispatch.
Sohna Road townships
Nirvana Country, Ardee City and Park View City register vehicles at the gate, and some of their internal lanes take only a smaller vehicle.

We measure it at the survey. If the truck cannot enter, we use a smaller vehicle or move goods by trolley to the truck outside, both priced in advance.
How far ahead should I book?
Seven to ten days for a 3 BHK or larger, to allow the survey, crew planning and your Gurgaon society’s lift and gate booking. Four to five days is usually enough for a 1 or 2 BHK.
