Golf Course Road and the DLF phases
High-rise towers and DLF builder floors. Tower moves run on booked service-lift slots with padding fitted first; the older DLF floors are mostly staircase-only, so crew size is planned for stair carries.
Golf Course Extension Road
Newer high-rise societies with fixed move-in windows, loading-bay rules and controlled gates. We file the gate pass and crew IDs 24–48 hours ahead so the truck is not held at the barrier.
Sohna Road and South City
Gated townships such as Nirvana Country, Ardee City and Park View City, mid-rise societies and independent houses. Some internal lanes cannot take a full-size truck, so a smaller vehicle shuttles the goods.
Old Gurgaon and Palam Vihar
Builder floors and plotted houses on busy market roads, mostly without lifts. Our office is in Sector 3, next to Palam Vihar, so this is the part of the city we are closest to.
New Gurgaon and Dwarka Expressway
New towers along Dwarka Expressway with basement parking. Some basements are too low for a standard truck, which we check at survey rather than discover on the day.

Society NOC and gate pass
Most high-rise societies on Golf Course Road, the Extension and in Nirvana Country ask for a move-in or move-out NOC. We share crew IDs and vehicle details 24 hours ahead for gate clearance.
Gate entry rules by societyService lift slots
Lifts are booked by the hour, and many societies restrict moves on Sundays. We confirm the slot at both ends and pad the lift car before the first carton goes in.
What fits in a standard liftTruck timings
Heavy vehicles are restricted on stretches such as NH-48 and sector roads during peak hours, roughly 8–11 AM and 5–8 PM. Loading is scheduled around those windows.

A common pattern: a 2 BHK quoted at ₹3,500 on the phone, then ₹15,000 demanded once the goods are on the truck. A quote far below the rates above usually leaves out one of these:
- A price given on a two-minute phone call, without anyone seeing the goods.
- Day labour hired at the gate on the morning of the move, with no uniform and no ID.
- One layer of old newspaper, reused cartons, and tape holding a wardrobe together.
- A truck sub-hired from a broker, so nobody owns the problem once it is loaded.
- The number goes up after loading, when saying no is no longer an option.

Which areas of Gurgaon do you cover?
All of Gurugram and the rest of Delhi NCR. Most of our local work is in Nirvana Country (Sector 50), Golf Course Road and the Extension, Sohna Road, the DLF phases, South City and Palam Vihar. That includes villa moves in Espace and Deerwood Chase and apartment moves in Unitech Fresco.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes. The standard quote includes dismantling and reassembly of beds, dining tables and wardrobes. Modular furniture, wall-mounted units, and uninstalling or reinstalling TVs, RO units and geysers can be added at survey.
How do you move large items in high-rise buildings?
If a service lift is available we use trolleys and the booked lift slot. If the lift is too small or unavailable, for an oversized sofa or a piano for example, we arrange crane or rope hoisting. We assess this during the survey, not on the day.
What packing do you use?
Five layers on every vulnerable item: stretch film, bubble wrap, EPE foam sheet and a corrugated roll, then sealing, strapping and a room label. Crockery and artefacts go in dedicated cartons with cushioning, and we use waterproof packing during the monsoon.
Can you leave the cartons with us?
Yes. We can leave the cartons at your new home while you unpack. A small refundable deposit may apply, or we arrange a collection once you are done, depending on how many boxes you keep.
Is transit insurance included?
No, it is optional. Standard transit insurance typically costs about 3% of the declared value of your goods and covers damage from accidents, fire or theft in transit. We recommend it for fragile items, high-end electronics and any intercity move.
What GST applies to packers and movers in Gurgaon?
For complete packing and moving services GST is 18%. If you hire only transport, it is 5%. We issue GST invoices, which most companies need for relocation reimbursement.
How far ahead should I book?
For a local Gurgaon move, three to four days is usually enough. For month-end dates, weekends in large societies and any intercity move, book seven to ten days ahead because lift slots and crews fill up.
Do you move plants?
Yes. Plants travel in an open section of the truck or in crates with air circulation. Water them lightly a day before the move rather than on the day, to avoid seepage onto other goods.
