Gurgaon Loading: Society Exit Clearance Is Step One

Most movers plan for the destination side and ignore the origin side. With Gurgaon’s gated societies, the origin side has its own set of procedures that must be done before a truck can even enter the premises to load.

• Out-move pre-registration: The same way a move-in requires gate pre-registration, a move-out also needs the society to know the truck is coming. This is separate from your move-in registration at the destination. Many residents do not realise this until move day when the security guard refuses the truck entry without paperwork.
• Service lift out-move booking: Service lifts in Gurgaon societies need separate booking for move-out versus move-in. Some societies have rules that move-out must happen in specific time slots, different from move-in slots. We confirm your society’s rule at booking and reserve the correct slot.
• Society NOC or clearance: Some Gurgaon societies require a No Objection Certificate from the RWA confirming that maintenance dues are cleared before a move-out is permitted. This needs to be arranged in advance, not on move day. We advise you on this when your booking is confirmed.
• Security deposit collection: If you paid a refundable security deposit to the society when you moved in, this is returned to you on move-out after a property inspection. Coordinate the inspection timing with the society so it does not delay the loading team.

The Southbound NH-44 Route

• Route: Gurgaon to Delhi, then south via NH-44 through Faridabad, Palwal, Mathura, and Agra. Then Agra to Jhansi, Bhopal, Nagpur, and into Hyderabad. Total approximately 1,490 km.
• Five-state permits: Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Telangana permits are all needed. CratoShift arranges all five before the truck departs Gurgaon. Your quoted price includes all permit costs.
• Departure timing: The truck departs Gurgaon in the morning after loading. Loading starts at 7 AM for most Gurgaon society moves (service lift available from 9 AM). Truck departs by noon to 2 PM. First night stop is near Bhopal or Nagpur. Arrives Hyderabad Day 3 morning to afternoon.
• Tracking: You receive the driver’s contact number at departure. We send route updates when the truck passes Agra and Nagpur so you know the delivery day timing in advance.

Corporate Transfer Planning: What HR Requires

Most Gurgaon to Hyderabad moves are corporate transfers. HR departments and employee relocation policies have specific documentation requirements from the moving company.

• GST invoice: A proper GST-registered invoice is required for relocation reimbursement claims. CratoShift is GST registered. Your invoice is provided before the move date so HR processing is not delayed.

• Damage documentation: If any damage is observed at Hyderabad delivery, it is photographed and documented against the Gurgaon loading inventory immediately. The transit insurance claim process starts that day, not later.
