CratoShift (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “CratoShift”) is a tech-enabled relocation and moving platform operated as a unit of Bhudeva Mobility Network Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at Plot No. E-241A, Phase II, New Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122017, India.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://cratoshift.in (the “Website”), our services including household shifting, office relocation, vehicle transportation, storage solutions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Website, submitting a quote request, booking services, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

1. Services

  • We provide tech-enabled relocation services connecting you with verified packers, movers, transporters, and related service providers.
  • Services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, vehicle shifting, and optional storage/insurance.
  • We act as a facilitator/platform and are not direct carriers unless explicitly stated.
  • All services are subject to availability, survey (physical or virtual), and final quotation.

2. Booking Process

  • You may request a quote via the Website, phone, or email.
  • A binding agreement is formed only upon your acceptance of the final quotation, payment of advance (if required), and our confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without reason.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes are estimates and may vary based on actual survey, volume, distance, or additional requirements.
  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as stated.
  • Payment terms: Advance payment (typically 20-50%), balance on completion or as agreed.
  • Accepted payment modes: UPI, bank transfer, cards via third-party gateways.
  • No cash payments to crew unless authorized.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation before survey: Full refund of advance (if paid).
  • After survey/confirmation but before packing: 50-75% refund after deducting administrative charges.
  • After packing/loading starts: No refund, or partial as per discretion.
  • Rescheduling: Allowed with reasonable notice; charges may apply.
  • We may cancel due to force majeure or operational reasons with full refund of advance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate details of goods, addresses, and requirements.
  • Ensure goods are properly declared (no prohibited/restricted items like hazardous materials, valuables without declaration).
  • Be present or authorize a representative during packing/loading/unloading.
  • Prepare access (parking, elevator, permissions) at both locations.
  • Declare high-value items for optional insurance coverage.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

  • Hazardous, explosive, flammable, or illegal items.
  • Perishables, plants, pets (unless specialized service).
  • High-value items (cash, jewelry, documents) unless specifically agreed and insured.

We reserve the right to refuse or abandon prohibited items without liability.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • We take reasonable care but are not liable for damage due to inherent vice, improper packing by you, or force majeure.
  • Standard transit risk coverage is limited (e.g., up to ₹10,000 or as stated in quotation).
  • Optional comprehensive insurance is available through third-party insurers at extra cost.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours with evidence.
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the declared value or invoice amount.

8. Delays

We strive for timely delivery but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, breakdowns, or unforeseen events.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (acts of God, strikes, riots, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).

10. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate declarations, or prohibited items.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (logos, text, images) is owned by us or licensed. You may not reproduce without permission.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
